It is a savings account or annuity that contributes as an exclusive educational benefit for your children or relative under the third grade of blood relationship or second by kinship. This has a minimum initial deposit of $300.00.
The purpose of the Annual Contract of Educational Contribution (CAAE) is to stimulate people to save for their children's or relatives' education. The CAAE aims to help pay the total or part of the cost of the post-secondary studies of the beneficiaries.

- Interest and any shares that are deferred until the funds are retired.
- The principal is assured and is not affected by market fluctuations.
- $0 charge for the opening and maintenance of the annuity.

Contract dispositions
- An initial deposit of $300.00.
- A deduction is permitted by a contribution that will not exceed $500 for a beneficiary. The contributions to this account may be done by yearly contributions before that child or relative reaches the age of 26 years old.
- Only the parent or child custodian may open the account or annuity of the minor.

What should I do to solicitate withdrawals from my IRA account?
