What is an endorsement?
An endorsement is an additional coverage that you add to an insurance policy to get specific protection. To find out which endorsements apply to your insurance, you should receive an introduction from a representative.
What tests are covered under the benefits of preventive exams?
The only ones that are covered are the ones established under the policies; mammograms, PAP tests, exams for the prostate, specific antigen tests, and tests to determine blood occult in your stool.
How can I establish my claim?
To submit a claim you must complete the Claim Application and accompany it with the necessary documents according to the insurance policy you have purchased. For more information you can access the Claims section. For your convenience, you can advance these documents by e-mail service.reclamaciones@cosvi.com, via fax to 787-200-2574 or deliver them to any of our offices. An important fact for SINOT cases is that SINOT claim applications require original documents.
