- False representation or statements
- Omission of information that should have been disclosed
- Excessive use or illegal appropriation of COSVI resources
- Intentional destruction of documents, property or resources of the Cooperative
- Manipulation of documents or information
- Abuse of a position of authority to benefit or benefit third parties
- Conflict of Interest
