Group plan
All members of the board are leaders who provide time to help the community through the solid principles of the co-op philosophy. Conscious of the need to carry out a protection policy for protection for the cooperative leaders, COSVI designed a life collective for the director's insurance.

Benefits
- Accidental death, dismemberment, and loss of vision are up to two times the amount of life insurance.

- Accelerated payment for early death- Provides for the advancement of 50% of the life benefit in the event of a terminal illness whose life expectancy is 12 months or less.

What are the frequencies payments available?
The frequency of payments available are monthly, quarterly, semestral, or annually. You should verify with an Authorized Representative or with a Customer Service Specialist the availableness of this according to the policy you acquire. You should choose the debit dates, 1, 7, 14, and 21, and the payment frequency: monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
How can I establish an automated pay on my account?
To set up an automatic payment, you should complete a card bank form, which should be accompanied by a voided check or proof from a financial institution.
Does the cancer and pernicious illnesses cover ambulatory medical visits to doctor?
No, it only covers medical visits in hospitals that are not surgeons or oncologists.
How effective is a cancer insurance?

What should I do if I want to reinstate my life policy?
You just have to fill out the Reinstatement Application and send it in original format, with the payment of all premiums owed by regular mail to: Puerto Rico Life Insurance Cooperative, COSVI Attention Issuance Department PO Box 363428 San Juan, P.R. 00936-3428. You can also deliver it to any of our offices or through your Authorized Insurance Representative.
What should I do to solicitate withdrawals from my IRA account?
