Group plan
All members of the board are leaders who provide time to help the community through the solid principles of the co-op philosophy. Conscious of the need to carry out a protection policy for protection for the cooperative leaders, COSVI designed a life collective for the director's insurance.
This protection is an added form of encouragement to all others who are willing to take the time to support the system.
Benefits
- Accidental death, dismemberment, and loss of vision are up to two times the amount of life insurance.
- Provides a benefit for the Use of a Seat Belt if the insured dies in a car accident, for Education for the insured's children, and Repatriation of the remains of the insured.
- Optional compensation for directors and committee members disabled as a result of a business accident.
- For directors, committee members, official management, benefits in accidental deaths, and dismemberment pay three times the amount of life insurance.

Available endorsements
- Accelerated payment for early death- Provides for the advancement of 50% of the life benefit in the event of a terminal illness whose life expectancy is 12 months or less.

You should settle your claim at the Cooperative of Saving and Credit, where you obtain your policy.
What information is necessary to emit a payment?
All payments should include all this information: Name of insured, policy number and amount of payment.
Will the last loan be paid?
Yes, the last loan will be paid if the last loan has more than 12 months.
What tests are covered under the benefits of preventive exams?
The only ones that are covered are the ones established under the policies; mammograms, PAP tests, exams for the prostate, specific antigen tests, and tests to determine blood occult in your stool.
