Where can I settle the claim as a member of the Cooperative that acquire an insurance?
You should settle your claim at the Cooperative of Saving and Credit, where you obtain your policy.
What is a beneficiary?
Is the person designated to receive the insurance in case of your death.
What are the documents that I must send to claim pain therapy, yoga and psychology services?
You should send an expense receipt showing a breakdown of the benefits paid by the insured. The receipt should contain the address, name, and profession of the person providing the service. In the case of yoga, it should be administered by a certified yoga guru.
How much time do I have to settle a claim for death or inability?
You should settle your claim no later than 24 months from the date of your death or incapacity.
What should I do to change my method of payment for my policy?
To realize changes in your methods of payments is necessary to fill out the form bank card, that it should be accompanied with a void check or a certification of the Financial Institute. This permits your policies to be debited directly from your account without any mayor effort on your part.
What if I want to purchase an additional cover?
